About KEP Community League
King Edward Park Community League is a volunteer-run organization dedicated to building connection, supporting local programs, and creating opportunities for neighbours to get involved in the community. Through recreation, events, advocacy, and partnerships, the league helps foster a welcoming and engaged neighbourhood for residents of all ages.
Located in the heart of southeast Edmonton, King Edward Park is a vibrant and evolving community bordered by Whyte Avenue, 71 Street, 76 Avenue, and the scenic Mill Creek Ravine. The neighbourhood offers a mix of long-time residents, young families, students, and newcomers, with a balance of mature homes, modern infill development, green spaces, and excellent access to transit, cycling routes, downtown, and the University of Alberta.
The Community League supports local initiatives including recreational programming, seasonal events, community engagement opportunities, outdoor amenities, and neighbourhood advocacy. Residents are encouraged to participate, volunteer, attend events, and help shape the future of the community.
