King Edward Park yoga

KEP YOGA is on summer hiatus, and will resume on September 9, 2019! Sessions run for 12 weeks, through December 11.

LARGE HALL

Drop in $10 ECL members; $12 non ECL members

All 12 weeks, $85 for ECL members, $100 for non ECL members. (Pay at first class, cheque or cash made out to King Edward Park Community League)

KEP yoga is hatha-informed, with a focus on individual choice. Practitioners are encouraged to choose movement and forms that are appropriate for their own bodies. Intended for healthy (cleared for physical activity) individuals, all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome!

Monday Two classes back to back

Vinyasa yoga:

5:45 - 6:45 pm or

7:00 - 8:15 pm

Join us for an hour of vinyasa (flow-style) yoga to rev you up for the week! This is a vigorous class, however all levels of practitioner are welcome.

Thursday

Restorative yoga: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This is a gentle yoga class, emphasizing gentle movement, rejuvenation and breath. All levels are welcome.
