KEP yoga is hatha informed, and taught with a hands-free (no manual adjustments) approach, and a focus on individual choice. Practitioners are encouraged to choose movement and forms that are appropriate for their own bodies. Intended for healthy (cleared for physical activity) individuals, all levels of yoga practitioners are welcome!

Monday

Vinyasa yoga: 5:45 - 6:45

Join us for an hour of vinyasa (flow-style) yoga to rev you up for the week! This is a vigorous class, however all levels of practitioner are welcome.

Thursday

Restorative yoga: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This is a gentle yoga class, emphasizing gentle movement, rejuvenation and breath. All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa yoga: 7:15 - pm - 8:15 pm

Like Monday’s class, the Thursday evening class is a vigorous practice, with an emphasis on clearing out the week’s stress and setting you up for TGIF!
